Agency Campaign Production
Produced for an advertising agency client, this two-day campaign spanned multiple locations across Southern California with a crew of nearly 20. The goal was a varied lifestyle image library across different settings, moods and placements. We handled the production logistics, including locations, permits, insurance, crew, styling, wardrobe, hair and makeup, while working within the agency's creative direction and approval process.

Active Lifestyle
A group lifestyle image built around movement, independence and connection. Shot on location on Escondido Boulevard in San Diego County, as part of the campaign's broader image library for web, paid media and print. Permits and traffic control were coordinated for the production.

Energy & Range
The campaign wasn't about portraying later life as quiet or predictable. This karaoke setup brought humor, confidence and social energy into the image library, giving the client a completely different tone from the same two-day production.

Confidence & Style
Styled after the effortless glamour of a classic film icon: gloves, pearls, sunglasses and coffee at a cafe table. Confident, independent and intentionally stylish, not "aging gracefully." This side of the campaign gives the client elevated lifestyle imagery alongside its more active, social moments.

Agency Partner FAQ
Questions Agencies Ask Us Most
01
Working With Your Agency
Can you work white-label and communicate through our agency?
Yes. We work directly with your agency, not your client, from the first call through final delivery, and we're glad to stay white-label the whole way if that's what you need. If your client does need to be looped in for something like an event day or a call sheet, we'll follow whatever communication style your agency prefers. Our job is to support the relationship you've already built with your client, not create a separate one of our own.
How do you handle confidentiality and NDAs before a campaign goes live?
Yes, we sign NDAs as a standard step before any pre-launch project begins, no extra ask needed. Every brief, product and piece of creative direction stays confidential until your client is ready to announce, and our crew follows that same standard, so your agency can trust the whole team, not just the person you're talking to.
Can you work from our existing creative, or help develop the concept too?
We do both, depending on where your brief is when you reach out. If you've already got a treatment, mood boards and a locked shot list, we'll shoot it exactly as directed. If the brief is still coming together, we're happy to help shape the concept, locations and shot list before the shoot date. Either way, the final creative call stays yours.
02
Production & Logistics
Can you shoot photography and video in the same production?
Yes, and it's how most of our agency work comes together. One crew, one shoot day, and your agency walks away with a complete set of campaign assets, hero photography to short-form video and channel-specific cutdowns, without coordinating two separate productions.
What parts of production can you handle?
As much or as little as you need. Location scouting, permits, casting, styling, hair and makeup and crew can all be managed together as one production, so your team isn't juggling five different vendors on top of running the shoot itself.
Are you insured and able to provide a COI?
Yes, we carry insurance, and certificates of insurance are available on request for studios, venues and any permitted locations your production needs. We're happy to get that paperwork over early, so it's one less thing standing between your agency and a booked date.
How do you handle last-minute production changes?
We plan for it in pre-production, not after something's gone wrong. Studio shoots come with backup equipment and crew built in, and location shoots include a weather contingency we walk through beforehand. If a talent or timing issue comes up on the day, we work through it with your team in real time, and if it genuinely calls for work outside the original scope, that's always discussed with your agency first, never added to the invoice after the fact.
Can you scale for multi-day, multi-location or travel productions?
Yes, we travel anywhere a production calls for it. Travel time and cost are factored into the estimate from the start, so there's no surprise expense once the job is underway, and we scale crew, schedule and logistics the same way whether it's a single studio day or a multi-day campaign.
03
Bidding, Scope & Delivery
Can you help us bid a project before it's awarded?
Absolutely. Send whatever you have, an RFP, deck, treatment or rough scope, and we'll help build an initial production estimate for your bid, usually within a couple of business days depending on scope.
How does billing and invoicing work when you're hired through an agency?
We invoice your agency directly, never the end client, and production doesn't start until we have a signed estimate or a PO in hand. Most projects run on a simple structure: a 50% deposit to lock in the date, remaining balance due at delivery. Net terms and how our rate shows up in your client proposal are easy to work out together.
How do you handle usage and licensing?
We always agree on usage and licensing upfront, never as a surprise later. Paid media, organic, term and territory all factor into the estimate depending on how your client plans to run the assets, so your agency knows the final invoice before the shoot, not after.
How do revisions and scope changes work?
Revision rounds get built into the estimate right from the start, so nobody's guessing halfway through what's included. If your client asks for something beyond what was originally scoped, we'll walk your agency through what that means for timeline and cost before we touch any of it.
How long does turnaround take after the shoot?
Typically 5 to 7 business days after the shoot, though we always confirm the exact timeline with your agency upfront once we know the full scope, more video or a larger production can shift that. We'd rather set the right expectation before the shoot than adjust it after, so nothing catches your team by surprise.
Can RAW or project files be included in delivery?
Yes, when the project is scoped that way. Some agencies want RAW or layered files for their own post team, others just need the final retouched masters and channel-ready versions. We'll settle on exactly what's included as part of the estimate, well before the shoot.
How do you handle AI use in client work?
We're selective about this, since it can genuinely matter for brand and IP decisions down the line. AI tools are never applied to anything client-facing without your agency's sign-off first, and if your agency already has its own AI policy, we're happy to work inside of it.
Have a brief, deck, or shoot date?
Send whatever you have so far. We’ll review it and get back to you with next steps.
